Once again, we’re putting on the ultimate celebration of chili, beer and all things spicy – NYChilifest at Chelsea Market! Each ticket to NYChilifest gives you access to a 500-foot concourse of chili, served by dozens of NYC’s best restaurants, all competing for the Golden Chili Mug 2012 title.
We recognize that last year NYChilifest was a bit over-packed, so we’re selling fewer tickets this year, which means better access to chili and more room to digest, BUT also that tickets will sell out even faster – So hurry up and Buy Your Tickets.
Oh, and we’ve doubled the number of bars to ensure easy access to Sam Adams brews!
Dickson’s Farmstand Meats is supplying each chef with 100% dry-aged, locally-raised beef from Wrighteous Organics in Schoharie, NY, as the base for their chili. In addition to providing a level playing field for the competition, the meat reflects the inspiration for the event: to use every part (nose-to-tail) from the responsibly-raised animals we bring into the shop to create delicious food.
Chili Ticket: $45
Entitles the bearer to all the chili and music you can handle.

About Our Dog Food
The combination of Stacy’s expertise as a canine nutritionist for 20 years and Dickson’s locally and naturally raised meat has produced a healthy and delicious recipe for our best friends. We make all of our dog food with the same meats sold in the Chelsea Market shop and fresh produce. All of the cooking, grinding and packaging takes place at the butcher shop.

All orders must be placed by 8pm on Friday as we make our dog food fresh each Saturday. We recommend ordering the total number of meals you need for the whole week. Packages will keep for 7 days fresh in your refrigerator, or can be easily frozen.
