Dickson's Farmstand Meats is dedicated to sustainable and
educated meat buying. To further this goal, we will be offering a series
of classes focused on helping our customers learn more about the whole
animal, from field to plate. You'll have the chance
to learn where a skirt steak comes from by seeing it actually come off the
steer, how to use more of the animal through terrine-making, the anatomy of a
chicken, and much more. This is a great opportunity for anyone passionate about
responsible meat consumption or the super carnivore!
