Our Easter lambs (also known as baby lambs) weigh 20-25lbs and come from Woolley Sheep Farm in Rutland NY. The meat is tender and delicious.  Perfect for slow roasting in a home oven, smoker or on the grill — we are happy to give you cooking tips no matter what method you choose.  A classic Easter feast for any sized group, Easter lamb is a special treat we carry only once a year.

Because we sell the lambs by the half, we sell the offal (head, heart, and liver and testicles) separately.  All are vacuum sealed for freshness and easy freezing.

Easter Ham
Not feeling lamb?? Have an Easter Ham! A classic, city-style, boneless ham. Brined for seven days and smoked for twenty hours with hickory and applewood. Passover Brisket
