All of the poultry we sell comes into the city live each morning from a few Amish farms in Lancaster PA to Madani Halal, a live poultry market in Queens. We call over with our order and they slaughter what we need and deliver 3-4 times a week, giving us access to the freshest birds available anywhere.

The birds are barn-raised (cage free) without the use of hormones or prophylactic antibiotics and fed a purely vegetarian diet.
